Flinders Council, sought out the services of Whirld Productions and Cameron Tapp to produce a promotional movie on Flinders Island. La Trobe Urban, Rural and Environmental Planning student's visited Flinders Island in February 2012. They visited the Island to conduct a study on the different options for economic development on the Island.
