


Important Information for Rate Payers
Payment is requested in two instalments by the date specified (due date), together with arrears of former rates and charges if owing.
If paying in person, please present your rate notice, together with the remitance form, at the Flinders Council Office between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
If paying by mail, please forward your cheque or money order, along with your remittance form to Flinders Council , PO Box 40, Whitemark, Flinders Island TAS 7255.
If you would like to pay your rates online, please click on the link below to go to the Service Tasmania B-Pay site for the Flinders Council.

Should payment not be received by the due date, action may be instigated for recovery without further notice. Additional charges will then apply for which you will be liable.
A penalty of 10% applies to any amounts outstanding after the due date.

Change of Address
If you would like to change your mailing address please email: office@flinders.tas.gov.au or send a letter to Attn: Rate Officer, PO Box 40, Whitemark, Flinders Island, 7255. You will need to quote you property number, your name and current address along with the new address that you want your rates notices to sent to.
