Ordinary meetings of Council are held on the second Thursday of each month. Meetings commence at 10.00 am and are open to the public who are encouraged to attend. Agenda and minutes are available at the Council Office, public libraries and other public buildings.
Questions from the public gallery will be taken during Public Question Time commencing at 12.00 noon.
