Council has commenced work on the 2020-2030 Flinders Council Strategic Plan.

A Strategic Plan determines ‘where we are heading, what we are doing and how we are going to get there’. It is an effective way for Council and the Community to outline their vision and goals and follow a strategy for success into the future.

As part of this process, ongoing consultation with our local communities in developing a shared vision for our islands’ future is critical to its success.
