Changes to Planning Enquiries
In an effort to enhance efficiency regarding planning enquiries and assessments, Council has amended its process for planning enquiries and submissions.
If you're interested in submitting an enquiry related to development, you may:

Visit https://www.flinders.tas.gov.au/planning-development for information

Access the applicable Planning Zones and Codes for your property at www.thelist.tas.gov.au;

Visit the Council office on Davies Street, Whitemark, and pickup an info pack;

Submit an enquiry via the PlanBuild website at www.planbuild.tas.gov.au; or

Complete a 001 Form with basic details at the Council office and our qualified planner can contact you regarding your development proposal if you would like to discuss further.
