Get ready for an action-packed school holiday program filled with a variety of activities for kids of all ages! Kick off the fun with a Glow Party at FAEC, Whitemark on Tuesday, 3rd October from 2pm-3:30pm. Dress in white and dance the afternoon away to popular, kid-friendly tunes.
On Wednesday, 4th October, explore the underwater wonders of Cave Beach in Emita with Rock Pool Rambles from 10:30am-11:30am. Dive into nature's hidden treasures and learn about fascinating rock pool creatures.
FIAAI invites you to a Nature Treasure Hunt at wybalenna on Friday, 6th October from 10:30am-12:30pm. Discover the beauty of nature and make memories to last a lifetime.
On Tuesday, 10th October, lend a hand in painting animal cutouts at the Whitemark Showground from 11am-12:30pm. Help brighten up Show Day with your artistic flair!
Finally, unleash your creativity with Cuttle Fish Art at Whitemark Library on Friday, 10th October from 11am-12pm. Craft a unique art piece on a cuttlefish, perfect for entering into the Flinders Island Show.
Spaces are limited for most activities, so make sure to register in advance. Don't miss out on these incredible opportunities to learn, create, and have fun!

Please note, some activities may provide or require transport, so check when you register. Please note some activities require participants to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Council provides financial and staffing support for the Holiday Program, and receives valuable assistance from a number of local organisations including the Flinders Island Aboriginal Association, Flinders Island District High School.
To help improve the School Holiday Program every year, Council welcomes and encourages suggestions from its young community members. Please contact us if you have an idea or suggestion for future activities, or if you would like to contribute or volunteer.
